FlexWork - Back to top

National City's flexible work arrangements have been designed to help employees balance their commitments to work, family, education and community, without jeopardizing career potential. They are employee-initiated, manager-approved arrangements that allow you and your manager to determine when, where or how the work is done. The FlexWork Program reinforces National City's belief that work can and does get done in nontraditional settings and at nontraditional times.

Commuter Benefits Program - Back to top

The Commuter Benefits Program lets you save on your eligible commuting costs through automatic, pre-tax payroll deductions. When you enroll, you select your mass transit pass, parking provider, or both if you park and ride. National City sets aside a portion of your pay before taxes are deducted, and WageWorks uses it to pay your commuting expenses.
